GENERAL QUESTIONS: ABOUT THE PROGRAMME



What is the WelcomLink programme?


It is a recognition programme designed for our business partners (intermediaries who play a decision making role of choosing hotels for the stay of their company executives/guests). Members earn WelcomLink points at 1% of eligible room revenue for every materialised room night, which can be redeemed for a host of lifestyle rewards.


Who can join this programme?


The WelcomLink membership is open to Secretaries, Executive Assistants, Administrative and Travel Officers of companies, certified Travel Agents*, Events & Meeting Planners, Professional Conference Organisers (PCO's), Travel Management Companies as well as Wedding Planners.

*A WelcomLink Travel Agent member must be certified by one or more of the listed certification bodies: IATA, IATO, ADTOI, PATA, ATOAI, TAAI, SITE, ASTA, USTOA, ABTA, OTOAI


Is the Programme open to Airline / Airline crew?


No.


Is there a membership fee for this programme?



There is NO membership fee.


What is the validity of the membership / Points?


A WelcomLink member's membership status and Points shall remain valid as long as the member demonstrates at least one activity (an eligible booking at participating ITC Hotels) in a consecutive 12 month period.


What must a member do when making a booking?


The Member must quote his/her membership number in order to earn WelcomLink Points.


How does a member earn points?


Members earn WelcomLink points at 1% of eligible room revenue for every materialised room night, which can be redeemed for a host of lifestyle rewards.


Are any points given to members for Conference bookings?


Yes, for every Residential Conference booked by the member at any of the participating hotels, members will earn WelcomLink Points at 1% of eligible room revenue for every materialised room night


How can the member view the points that he/she has earned?


The member can view his/her WelcomLink points by accessing his/her online account at WelcomLink website. Alternatively the member can email Customer Service at customer.service@itchotels.in to request an updated account statement.


What are the different Redemption Options available under the WelcomLink programme?


ITC Hotels Experience Certificates,WelcomHotels Experience Certificates, Fortune Holiday Certificates, Unique Heritage Experience Certificates, ITC Hotels Gift Vouchers, ITC Hotels Gourmet Experience Certificates,WelcomHotels Gourmet Experience Certificates, Wills Lifestyle Gift Vouchers, Travel House Gift Vouchers, Hi-design Gift Vouchers, John Players Gift Vouchers.



Are WelcomLink members entitled to any credit facilities?


No. All payments over and above the Redemption Awards must be settled by cash or credit /debit card.


Is ITC Limited guaranteeing the 3rd party goods/services?


No. ITC Limited holds no warranty for any 3rd party goods and services.


Can a member get a new card in case it is lost?


Yes, the member needs to write to The WelcomLink Programme Cell, ITC Limited - Hotels Division Headquarters, ITC Green Centre, Plot No. 10, Sector 32, Gurgaon - 122002. Alternatively the member can email Customer Service at customer.service@itchotels.in
